Calligraphy, derived from the Greek meaning beautiful writing, has the power to elevate language into art. While some commissions require only elegant lettering in a chosen style, others call for a more comprehensive design approach.

Drawing on decades of experience in branding and visual design, I also create custom lettering, logotypes, environmental graphics, artist books, and mixed-media works that integrate

language and imagery.

I welcome commissions from individuals, businesses, museums, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations. Past projects have included original artworks, corporate installations, wedding vows and certificates, commemorative pieces, donor recognition, book and album titles, wine labels, branding, public art, and custom calligraphy for special occasions.

Process
After our initial conversation, I'll prepare a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and investment. Once the project is approved and a deposit is received, I'll begin developing concepts and preliminary sketches. Together we'll refine the direction before I create the finished artwork.
